Monitor security systems: The primary responsibility of a security monitoring role is to monitor security systems, such as fire alarms, burglar alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control systems, to detect any security breaches or suspicious activities.
Investigate security incidents: When security incidents occur, the security monitoring team will be responsible for investigating the incident, gathering evidence, and reporting the findings to management.
Respond to emergencies: In the event of an emergency, such as a fire or break-in, the security monitoring team will be responsible for responding to the situation, alerting the appropriate authorities, and coordinating any necessary actions.
Perform risk assessments: Security monitoring teams may be responsible for performing risk assessments on the company’s physical and digital assets to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Maintain security protocols: It is the responsibility of the security monitoring team to ensure that the company’s security protocols are up to date and effective. This may involve developing and implementing new security policies and procedures.
Provide training: Security monitoring teams may be responsible for providing training to other employees on security protocols and best practices.

Security Monitoring
Experience: 1-3 Years
* Hands-on experience in Splunk SIEM solution.
* Solid knowledge in various operating systems such as Windows and Linux systems.
* Professional Information security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CEH, eCIR, GCIH, GMON.
* Preferred locally available candidates. (Visas Available)
