Interface with demand stakeholders to develop and finalize the annual demand plan for procurement.
Analyze demand and actively liaise with stakeholders in standardization of specs.
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Establish detailed total cost of ownership structure for the category.
Lead strategic sourcing process & fact-based negotiation and supplier selection.
Manage contract compliance, reports & data management, supplier performance and supply risk plan.
Monitors Market trends, mitigates the risks related to the category and ensure product availability.
Ensures compliance to sourcing policies and procedures.
Leads functional team of sourcing specialists by providing deep category expertise.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Overseeing and managing the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
المهارات
A high level of experience in best practice procurement within relevant categories.
Experienced in category management and development of sourcing strategies.
Excellent negotiating skills drawing up and dealing with contracts of varying values and complexities and managing supplier Service Level Agreements.
Working in an environment where supply is driven by forecasting and medium to long term planning.
Strong leadership, influencing, motivation and management skills.
Drives understanding and staff development through high quality, consistent feedback.
Commercially astute analyst, a natural problem solver with a strong understanding of leveraging operating efficiencies, opportunities to gain added value from suppliers and logistics partners.
Strong process orientation, able to apply clarity of purpose and define simple, robust operating processes.
Concise and influential communicator, able to discuss complex issues with clarity and credibility to a cross functional audience of varied experience.
