Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategy for product layout and display in supermarkets, stores and others
Collect and analyze relevant market information and accordingly develop and implement best product
Manage and lead subordinates and show leadership skill
Set sales plans, monitor performance. Teach techniques, motivate, etc
Manage and minimize sales related expenses
Provide expert advice and support to event management in the region / area on the need for and exploitation of merchandising materials
المهارات
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor Degree with concentration in Business, Sales or Marketing
Having experience in related field for 3 years minimum
Excellent communication skill
Customer Focus, Leadership, Self-reliant and Self-motivated
Target oriented and good team-working skill
Excellent English or Arabic
To be placed in Riyadh
