Supervising electrical workers: Electrical Supervisors are responsible for supervising electrical workers, such as electricians and technicians, and ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Developing work plans: Electrical Supervisors should be able to develop work plans for electrical workers, including work schedules and task assignments. They should be able to allocate resources effectively and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
Overseeing maintenance activities: Electrical Supervisors are responsible for overseeing maintenance activities on power systems, including routine maintenance and repairs. This includes identifying equipment and systems that need maintenance, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring that maintenance work is performed safely and effectively.
Troubleshooting: Electrical Supervisors should be able to troubleshoot electrical systems and identify the root cause of any issues that arise. They should be able to work with other engineers and technicians to resolve problems quickly.

ExperienceL 15+ years of experience, experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants, or Power Plants or Desal, etc
