Presales Engineer (Network and Server & Storage)
Pre-Sales activities and develop solution specification in alignment with sales teams.
Prepares and respond on sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses.
Reviews potential markets analysis before new products launch.
Ensures consistency and customer requirement fulfillment across proposals.
Collaborates with sales teams to interact with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Collaborates with professional services management department and product management Departments to feedback on issues with current products/services and provide input around new products.
Conducts knowledge sharing sessions to ensure the effective transfer of products and services knowledge throughout Presales whenever new products/services are on boarded.
Conducts meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and gather all necessary information to support solution production.

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work experience
Experience working in complex Data Center sales opportunities
Advanced knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud and unified communication and collaboration regarding their impact on the business
Knowledge of Converged Infrastructure of servers, storage, networking, and virtualization regarding their impact on the business
Deep Familiarity with the RFP process and possess a winning record
Experience with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and High Availability Solutions (backup/recovery, mirroring, active/standby, active/active, clustering)
Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies, Hypervisors, server, and desktop virtualization (i.e. VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, VDI)
Expertise in mainstream technologies to include Cisco Dell/EMC, Palo Alto NetApp, HPE, Pure Storage, Azure, and AWS
Work experience in Cisco commerce workspace (Cisco - CCW)
At least one Cisco professional certificate.
Associated VMware Data Center Virtualization certificate
DELL server or storage associated certificate
