Our client is one of the leading companies in design and build industry, specialized in high-end interiors design, fitout and furniture.

The client works with tier one international & local clients across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

· Manage day to day construction activities at site

· Proactively managing the risks relating to construction project execution and Health & Safety

· Reviewing and reporting on the overall construction effort process.

· Creating and coordinating, with the Construction team, the monthly, daily, and event reporting for the construction team

· Overall coordination of the construction effort in support of the effective safety, QA/QC, and labour relations programs which meet IIF and OE objectives

· Identify and support that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues

· Working with the other project function teams, review as built documents and other closeout items

المهارات
8+ years experience in construction industry
Expert knowledge of workplace systems & materials, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
Proven ability to deliver rush projects
problem solving and organizational skills
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Building Construction or related fields
