Job Summary:
In this role the Supply Chain Officer is responsible to work closely with Supply Chain Team to ensuring right stock is available for every item throughout the year. The key processes that the Supply Chain Officer would need to help in finalizing forecast validation, purchase order creation & processing, local and Import order processing, supplier debit note preparation
Also it plays a central role and coordinates between Supplier, Warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Accounts & Finance teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Suppliers and ensure that Purchase Orders are prepared accurately, entered in ERP (ERP (SAP, ISP ETC), ISP etc.) on-time, based on agreed supply chain criteria, forecast & stock levels
Process order in ERP by creating inbounds & shipment costs
Ensure that items ordered are delivered on-time by coordinating with Suppliers, Freight forwarding team, Warehouse team
Make sure that Article Master data is accurate & complete
Coordinate with Freight forwarding company for delivery of orders
KPI Monitoring & Analysis for key supply chain indicators
Work closely with Accounts team to ensure month end closing activities are completed accurately & on-time
Work with prospective suppliers to ensure delivery of goods and services in the agreed quantities, in a timely manner, while observing quality measures.
Maintains and reviews all record of purchased goods, including costs, deliveries and inventories. This includes maintaining updated data and information about suppliers, products and prices

Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience of 3-5 years in Supply Chain
Prior experience ERP tools and Reporting tools like Business Objects/ Business Intelligence is a must
Skills to challenge and logically reason out with facts
Medium level of proficiency in Excel – Pivot tables, Vlookups, formulae, excels template creation, formula evaluation, debugging excel formulas etc.
Accuracy in working with data & calculations
Proactive & Good follow up skills
Takes responsibility for completion within deadlines & ready to work hard
Good team working & interaction skills
Attention for detail
Fast learner
Ability to handle internal customers
Ability to handle pressure
Good level of familiarity and understanding on current food legislation, health and safety regulations within the country.
