الوصف الوظيفي The Stock Market Investment Funds Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies. • Look back at previous investment decisions and the thought process of making the investment decision. • Coordinate with external advisors to ensure the transaction process is managed in a structured and efficient manner. • Engaging and liaising with external valuation providers as part of valuation assurance processes linked to external reporting. • Monitor closely financial press and keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new investment products. • Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios. • Develop complex financial models and analyze legal documents and translate investment-level data into financial metrics. • Assist in the quarterly closing procedures relating to all investment categories. • Acts as a lead in monitoring external asset managers for investment performance and research. • Leads quarterly calls with current and prospective investment managers and performs write-ups. • Perform security-level analysis to interview investment managers on their positions. • Analyzes and implements investment analytic systems and makes recommendations for workflow and reporting improvements. • Create customized templates and output for internal and committee reports. • Ad hoc research and analytical projects as determined by the CFO and Investments Committee. • Performing lead role in IFRS valuations process for all Investments including challenging methodology and market factors identifying the key drivers of valuation uncertainty and establish appropriate sensitivities for each driver as part of reporting processes. • The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities and training as requested by your line manager, appropriate to your grade and commensurate with the business need المهارات • CA/MBA/Bachelors in Investment or Accounting. • Full / partial CFA qualification is preferred. • 5 to 10 years of Investment experience. • Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge. • Strong communication, presentation & project management skills. • Time Management, ability to plan, priorities and co-ordinate tasks and resources. • Bilingual is preferred. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/investment-manager-4662054/ |
