Main Objective: We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience to manage operations, optimize processes, negotiate with third parties in English and Arabic, and promptly resolve technical problems in the assigned area.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Create instructions for technicians, technical support managers
Organize the purchase and control of consumables
Look for contractors for the purchase and export of raw materials
Control the quality of service (repair) of vending machines
Visit the playgrounds and resolve issues with the participants
Build reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs
Maintain constant communication with project participants
المهارات
Work experience in operations of 1 year and more
Good working knowledge of English and Arabic
Experience with documents and holistic approach
Advanced communication, multitasking and can-do attitude
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
