Develop custom dashboards (KPIs). - Create and track relevant KPIs for the various operations leaders in a timely and consistent manner (monthly and quarterly). 05. Interpret data and analyze results so that you can give important business information and suggestions for how to make things better. 06. Work with the heads of divisions (SBUs) and other internal partners to learn the goals and outlines of their business sectors. 07. Monitor and evaluate ongoing business results in relation to objectives. 08. Maintain, develop, improve, and automate reports. 09. Create standardized reports that link corporate KPIs to KPI programs for teams and SBUs. 10. Escalate issues encountered related to data/reports as soon as they become apparent, while providing viable solutions. 11. Work with the manager of planning to add high-level KPI performance to the dashboard for the division. المهارات 02. RMP certified 03.KPI certified 04.
