Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain digital and paper records of employees and their personal files.
Prepare employee offer letters and contracts.
Knowledge in Sourcing candidates through recruitment portals.
Handling end-to-end recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Knowledge in using government portals like GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa & Mudad etc.
Prepare necessary reports, as and when requested by other departments.
Keep record of Iqama / other legal documents and identify renewal requirements
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Manage, maintain, and update the HR information system
المهارات
Pertinent Bachelor degree educational qualification in the field of Human Resources / Business Administration.
Fresher candidate
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
Good English communication skills
Willingness to learn
