NOC Operator

Experience in Following:

- First Line of support, Escalate faults to Second Line Support where necessary with relevant/ needed information updated in tickets.

- Respond to questions from clients and other team members.

- Proactively monitor backbone network and address issues that may arise.

- Troubleshoot network outages and escalate as needed.

- Work with resources to resolve any client issues in a timely manner.

*Note: Experience may be relaxed depending on Degree, specialization, relevant experience and Certifications.

Work Location - Riyadh

Basic Salary in Range (SAR 4,000.00-5,500.00)

Contract Period: Twelve (12) Months Expandable.

Candidate with the following required skills:

Minimum 02 years’ experience.

B.S. Degree in: Telecom/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT or Equivalent).
