الوصف الوظيفي Job Description 1. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction. 2. Maintains accurate records of all sales to track the work. 3. Prospects activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities to enhance sales. 4. Gathers detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects’ business problems. 5. Commitment to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes to ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. 6. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients to provide after-sales services. 7. Develops an annual business plan in conjunction with the Sales Manager to follow it during the fiscal year. 8. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision-makers to convince the customers. 9. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of various solutions which the company offers to improve the services and provide customer care.
