Construction Engineering Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Oversee construction projects from conception to design completion and solve any problem will be

· Research and review in-depth the design drawings

· Obtain the needed permits and licenses on the right team to ensure meeting the deadlines and for smooth execution of the projects

· Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

· Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering consultant teams and coordinate with all parties.

· Select and order tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

· Prepare internal and external reports which is reflected the projects status

· Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

· Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts

· Coordinate work with other managers and staff

· Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

المهارات
· Proven minimum 10 years of working experience in construction management \ consultant firm \ technical office

· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

· Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

· Understanding of all facets of the construction process

· Familiarity with construction management software packages

· Ability to plan and see the “big picture”

· Competent in conflict and crisis management

· Leadership and human resources management skills

· Excellent time and project management skills

· BS degree in architecture, engineering or related field

· Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role

· Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems

· Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel

· Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems

· Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously

· Relevant training and/or certifications as an Engineering Manager
