الوصف الوظيفي -Maintaining furniture, silver, crystal and fabrics to the highest standards. -Overseeing all Food and Beverage operations in the household. -Organizing banquets and events and making sure everything is looked after from the flowers, to the menu to the silver service. -Making sure all laundry is handled with utmost care, especially fine fabrics and Haute Couture items. -Overseeing the kitchen operations and making sure the food is cooked and served up the best standards and to the family’s liking. -Making the purchases required for the household. -Maintaining inventory and stock control on all items in the household. -Maintaining accounts of all purchases and petty cash. -Training the staff in their required positions. -Hiring and training of new staff. -Maintaining staff schedules. -Maintain regular appraisals of current staff and take action if they are not performing up to standard. -Looking after the gardens and coordinating with the head gardener on work that needs to be done. -Working with contractors and other companies who are involved in work in the property. -Any additional work required by the client in any of their properties.
