الوصف الوظيفي Duties and Responsibilities · Sales-Opex Activities & Inventory Controls · Ensure that assigned sales targets are achieved within the set timelines; · Monitor the sales activities on the shop floor and ensure that the quality standards are followed; · Manage and ensure that the Opex figures are within the given targets and saving initiatives are the top priorities; · Ensure all the needed POs are done on time and within the given budgets; · Ensure that the inventory calendar is being adhered to and the shrinkages controls are being followed and implemented; · Prepare regular reports for top management when needed. Customer Experience · An ambassador and leader of the customer experience; you look to develop relationships with customers and provide mentorship and coaching to your team to ensure the same; · Ensure that customers are served efficiently and timely to maximize customer satisfaction; · Ensure that all failed service tickets are being solved and registered through the right channels. Store Management · Oversee the implementation of Planograms on the shop floor; · Ensuring that there are Zero errors within the product merchandising; · Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met, and the showroom environment is clean; · Tour the sales floor regularly, identify the needs and resolve urgent issues. Team Management · Coach and develop store and management team, through setting expectations, communication, coaching, feedback and ongoing support; · Create development plans and conduct annual appraisals for the management team; support and coach to improve any performance gaps, and conducts ongoing coaching to improve the team; · Review and monitor the daily rosters of the showroom staff; · Conduct the required training sessions when its needed; · Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential qualified staff; · Working on building second and third line of qualified staff for future expansions; · Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and adopting changes within.
