Ecommerce logistics specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
• Access & receive customer orders from platform & prepare the AWB & other documents.

• Do packaging, prepare invoice, and keep the consignment ready for the freight forwarder to collect.

• Make sure all deliveries are on time.

• Track the orders to make sure they arrive at their destination.

• Provide continuous updates to customer on their deliveries.

• Manage product return.

• Record customer complaints for deliveries.

• Track different couriers’ KPIs and report periodically.

• Send Weekly orders status report.

المهارات
• Proven experience as a logistics Specialist /dispatch Specialist or similar role.

• Familiarity with E-commerce processes

• Experience in data analysis and reporting

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Analytical skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, problem solver, creative, ability to work independently and as team

Educational Level:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics & E-commerce.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, and ERP systems
