الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop the recipe for the brand as per the market need.

- Build complete SOP for the brand.

- Ensure that all policies and procedures meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance

- Analyze the business and create more ideas to improve brand

- Conducting site inspection, Health & Safety in-house training.

- Train the employees for operating the store as per the slandered

- Visiting the stores and ensuring that all the slandered are implemented.

- Training Strategies Developments

- Developing Staff with the continuous professional improvement plan to build capabilities & maximize their effective performance

- Designed and implemented training programs/materials for the brand including, On-Boarding, Sequence of Service, Sequence of Service & Upselling techniques, Inventory Control through ERP system & manually

- Training material for promoted employees (based on their positions), etc.
