Site Engineer/Supervisor needed for Building Contracting Company:
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts from both quality and price perspective.
Create and read Autocad plans for electrical, plumbing ..etc.
Liase with the interior Design team
Complete a QA/QC for site especially from outsourced vendors.
Has a network of outsource vendors.
Follow up daily work and report accordantly
Managing manpower’s & Technical teams in site

Create and read Autocad Files.
A willingness to learn.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
