Respond to technical support related customers’ emails in a timely fashion and obtain the correct information or data before responding.
Answer customer service calls that come to Smart Way TS&M;Toll-Free numbers.
Forward incoming trouble tickets to the appropriate Field Service Engineers at the right location.
Update Trouble Tickets Database as needed.
Follow up on trouble tickets and update the necessary database.
Construct the required Preventive Maintenance plans and forward to FSEs (if asked).
Construct the required weekly/monthly reports as directed by TSD Manager / higher authority.
Organize the various TSD related forms that are usually filled out by FSEs and then handed over to TSD Management.
Update TSMD Manager on certain ongoing projects when needed.

Update given data or any files that require constant updating on any given time.
Combine & re-arrange data from source documents as needed.
Check completed work for accuracy.
