Your challenge

Your challenge is to program, set up, and operate wire EDM machines, (and CNC – VMC) along with a variety of other machine tools (Tool room machineries).

Your responsibilities

As a Tool Maker / Tool Technician, you are responsible for:

read blueprints mold drawings, and do precise handwork.
operate machines like milling machines, lathes, and grinders, bench work, engraving, jig boring, grinding, EDM, wire cut, as well as hand tools.
using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.

المهارات
We are looking for

• The candidate should have over 3-5 years hands on practical experience & broad knowledge of AutoCAD, machining operations,

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Completion of trade school and/or state certified Journeyman papers, preferred.

• 3-5 years minimum experience operating and programming wire EDM.

• Hands on AutoCAD experience, and daily user for at least the last 3 years.

• Knowledge of sheet metal press tools will be an advantage.

• Frequently required to lift and/or carry from 10-30 lbs. Some heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.

• Experience in operating CNC machine will be an added advantage.
