1- General experience in the OSS environment
Assurance domain
i. Fault management (collection, correlation, presentation of the events information), and understanding of the event lifecycle in detail
ii. Performance management, and having a good experience in the Counters/KPI lifecycle
iii. Customer Experience Assurance, users provided services, network structure, users services modeling
iv. Service Quality Management, have a good understanding of the servicing modeling SID, service structures for both RFS, CFS
v. Probes
vi. Problem resolution automation
b. Assurance connection domain interaction such as fulfillments/billing
2- General experience on Telco technologies and environments

RAN
Transmission
VAS
3- General eTOM standard knowledge for the Telco Operation Map and processes such as Problem to resolution
4- General knowledge of ITIL including ITSM
Incident management
Problem management
Knowledge management
Change and configuration management process
5- Infrastructure tools knowledge

Redhat Gluster
6- Database knowledge
EDB or Oracle and PostgreSQL

Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking
Able to clearly communicate with the customer and the ongoing cases
Has flexibility capabilities and working in a complex telco environment
Support process, has a good grip on the support process for L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, and is able to communicate through the different levels and different Organizations
Working independent
Working also closely with HPE product team L3 and HPE project team
Ability to drive technical with the customer with a clear agenda and outcome which shall be translated to actions and follow up
Documentation
Able to proactively update/create the maintenance, operation, and administration document
