Respond to inquiries from hospitals, medical supplies and end users, warehouses, Ministry of Health (MOH), and any other government departments
Respond to colleagues’ enquiries regarding all sales related issues (invoices, PODs, Statement of accounts etc.)
Upload on government hospital portals (NUPCO, Itimad, Mawared) to follow up on claims submissions, deliveries, PODs, and all sales related issues etc.
Issue weekly or bi-weekly report of missing PODs, undelivered, and unclaimed deliveries, and communicate the report with the sales team
Matching the sales contracts with the related invoices, delivery, and PODs.
Proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents related to sales and marketing example PODs, contracts, POs, complaints, etc
Follow up on sales accounts with the Accounting and Finance team in all areas. Follow up on advance delivery and consignment
Follow up with governmental agencies regarding official papers to make sure of the execution of the sales procedures
Execute all the procedures related to requesting, sending, and cancelling bank guarantees (ضمان بنكي) to facilitate the participation of the company in future sales such as tender, government tenders etc
المهارات
Diploma certificate in Accounting
A minimum of 2 years proven working experience as GRO
Proficient in written and verbal English and Arabic communication
Experience in all government system
Basic computer skills( MS Office)
Professional Knowledge in KSA Governmental Regulations
