We are looking for a CNC Programmer to join our sheet metal fabrication team in Riyadh ,KSA for Fiber laser , Press break and CNC Turret Punching Machines
The primary function of the CNC Programmer is to generate CNC parts from 2D and 3D AutoCAD shop drawings and hand sketches.
Role Responsibilities:
Organize and prioritize daily jobs
Use construction and fabrication knowledge to efficiently generate CNC parts from 2D & 3D AutoCAD shop drawings and hand sketches
Proactively communicate with Detailing Department, Project Manager, CNC Operator to ensure parts generated result in a successful product
Work with CNC Operator to standardize and streamline production, and establish machining methods, materials, and setups needed to machine the required parts
Program nesting configurations to produce material take-offs
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage one’s time in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Take on overflow detailing work as required
Program and operate CNC machine as required
Design 2d and 3d parts for Sales department .
Role Requirements:
Ability to use Autodesk AutoCAD 2019 or newer
Working knowledge of various materials and construction methods used to fabricate sheet metal products like boxes , cable try ,trunking ,fittings .... hands-on shop fabrication experience a plus
Ability to pull CNC parts from drawings
Ability to interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and written/verbal instructions with limited supervision to generate CNC part files
Ability to work from and produce assembly sketches and drawings
Familiar with CAD & CAM software
Familiar with basic computer software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment that may be subject to hot and cold temperatures
Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time paying close attention to detail
Work environment requires physical movement including walking, standing, and lifting up to 30kg
Role Requirements:
Ability to use Autodesk AutoCAD 2019 or newer
Working knowledge of various materials and construction methods used to fabricate exhibits, trade shows, architectural millwork, high-end cabinetry, interior build-outs, etc.; hands-on shop fabrication experience a plus
Ability to pull CNC parts from drawings
Ability to interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and written/verbal instructions with limited supervision to generate CNC part files
Ability to work from and produce assembly sketches and drawings
Familiar with CAD & CAM software
Familiar with basic computer software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment that may be subject to hot and cold temperatures
Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time paying close attention to detail
Work environment requires physical movement including walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs
المهارات
Qualifications:
High School; 3+ years of AutoCAD experience in a related industry
sheet metal fabrication work
Cabinetmaking or related fabrication experience
CNC programming and/or operation a plus
Experience with CAD/CAM and solid software
Critical Performance Skills:
Autodesk AutoCAD 2019 or newer and solid work
Demonstrated Drafting Knowledge/Skills
