الوصف الوظيفي KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IES Product checking and analysis in a microbiological laboratory. • inspect and improve the product specifications with appropriate laboratory testing. Organizing the procedures and applying the hybrid system in the bakery. • Product testing and analysis in a microbiological laboratory • Implementation of food safety conditions in the bakery. • The ability to determine the shelf life of the product. • Work in the microbiological laboratory according to the Gulf specifications and work on the chemical analysis of the product according to the Gulf standards. • Maintain the laboratory according to the international Gulf standards. • Design and preparation of laboratory and microbiological reports. Review received materials at the bakery warehouse and make sure that the approved materials are received for and their expiry not less than a minimum of 6 months of expiry of the products. Supervise the daily production stations in the bakery and make sure that the production process is as per the approved standards. Ensure approved recipes are applied. Skills Understand the science of food development and how to apply it to foods and cooking methods • Database management skills. Proficiency in leadership skills and motivating employees.
