A designer is responsible for the design and development of consumer products. Duties of this position include improving existing product designs and analyzing working concepts launched by competitors of similar products to match quality and performance. Depending on the industry and company, product designers may progress to a senior, executive or managerial role.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative graphics projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with Branding manager to confirm marketing objectives.
Ensure to discuss effectual creative direction, brand constancy and top standards of ingenious execution for marketing materials improvement.
Supervise product photography for marketing.
Ensure photography attains styling guidelines, shot objectives and project delivers as scheduled and within budget.
Develop and design layouts advertisements inclusive of copy and images.
Head responsibility for revisions to approvals, artwork and information accuracy.
Coordinate release and processing of files at printer and prepress.
Ensure precision of file establishment and parameters for every outgoing artwork.
Assist others for creative thinking as well as brain storming sessions.
Support marketing department with print and design to coordinate entire corporate uniqueness plus collateral materials.
Manage utilization and archive of all project photos.
المهارات
Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
Experience in industrial design
Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
Good knowledge of 3D modeling software
Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)
Time-management skills
Adaptability
BSc/MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field Innovation
