Roles and Responsibilities:

● Understand the requirements of homeowners, pitch to them, and convert them

● Collaborate with the contractors to complete the project as per client requirement, in time, and within budget

● Own an end to end project lifecycle including owning the Customer Experience during the complete lifecycle

● Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables

● Customer centricity

● Holds design expertise in: Conceptual design (layout, style, mood board) Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation) Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)

● Holds project expertise in creating BoQs for customers

● Holds expertise in: Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted pitch to customers

Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers

Desired Candidate Profile:

● 2 to 3 years as an Interior Designer with a focus on residential projects

● Led and delivered minimum 4 residential projects

● Holds excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD

● Holds behavioral attributes of:Result oriented Team work Integrity & Ethics Crisp & meaningful communication
