Job Description:
Have business development skills and generate leads.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Customer service, manage customer accounts and business management skills.
The ability to use your initiative and to sell products and services.
Tracking sales leads and coordinating quotes with sales team members.
Required Skills:
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
The ability to work well with others.
To support sales team and coordinate sales-related activities.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
