Managing the occupant and visitors building experience to the highest standards • Monitoring of and delivering to Service Level Agreements and KPI’s • To act as the company subject matter expert on technical matters • Attending and chairing meetings to communicate engineering issues relating to the facilities to both the company and the clients. • To ensure that the O & M records are accurately maintained. • To provide specialist and expert advice to the various property managers and colleagues on all aspects of building engineering services. • To identify best engineering solutions for various projects. • Ensures that Company standards and work ethics are applied across the clients project and working closely with key technical managers. • To provide technical support to site. • Checking Risk Assessments and Method Statements of third-party specialists and clients’ contractors to ensure work or method of work does not affect clients business. • To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with contract and works within the guidelines of the client’s and company’s • Lead and oversee the Operations team to manage daily facilities operation including building operation team, System optimization, project implementation and building utility support to ensure smooth and safe operation of the building facility • Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs • To maintain and ensure the buildings comply to specifications and standards • Constant review and update of manpower needs for the Operations • To ensure that service providers meet KPI / SLA requirements set by management from time to time. • Safety management IOSH or equivalent) (preferable) • Monitor and evaluate the productivity of staff • Succession planning for the staff leave management • Attend regular site tours and ensure planning operations are carried out smoothly. • Prepare plans for work execution according to contract requirements. • Support site staff during implementation of planned activities. • Managing the occupant and visitors building experience to the highest standards MORGANTIKSA A SOLID FOUNDATION JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Subject Matter Expert Department: FM Division: - Location: Riyad MORGANTI - KSA • Review and implement operational working procedures to support the delivery of service excellence • Introduce systems for analysis of service delivery, i.e. mystery visitors, building occupants surveys, etc.
المهارات
Self-motivated and Self Confident. • 7-10 year’s experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or similar qualification • Excellent Communications Skills. • Excellent customer service and outstanding interpersonal skills • Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of ISO and working within a quality/H&S;framework • Expected to have Arabic as mother tongue with good levels of spoken and written English
