Branch Used Car Sales Supervisor
High-level Job Purpose Statement To drive, develop and coach the Used Car Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales volume, profitability & performance targets, customer satisfaction objectives, showroom display standards and to provide sales support and reporting to the National Used Sales Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities·
Daily and weekly sales, reservation, forecasting of revenue & gross profit reports to be submitted to the National Used Car Sales Supervisor (NSS). Daily sales meetings/coaching & sales executive inquiry management. Monitoring the performance, versus target, of all used-vehicle sales executives.·
Provide Used vehicle pricing/discount request support to all Sales Executives. Ensure all sales executives receive daily used vehicle stock lists, sorted in date order- oldest units first. Ensure oldest stock vehicles are always prepared and on showroom display. Ensure that used vehicle sales execs are informed of all new inventory, pipeline stock, and current advertising efforts, including special sales/pricing. Ensures trade-in facilities are offered to all customers.·
Vehicle stock management/inventory control. Strict adherence to the 90-day used car stock policy. Liaise with NSS/Buyers to address any aging/stock-related issues. Assists the NSS in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.·
Ensure all branch used vehicles are uploaded to the used car website.
Establishes delivery procedures and ensures that delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first used vehicle service appointment. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines. Monitor stockyard vehicles to ensure stock is transferred efficiently to workshops & the showroom. Coordinate With Leasing Dept to Ensure UMC/NMC/NMS Company/De-Fleet Vehicles are transferred to Used Vehicles within 15 days. Ensuring de-fleeted, company & part exchange vehicles are appraised correctly, using the approved appraisal process, re-conditioned, prepared and displayed in accordance with the Used Car Program requirements. Ensures that cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is performed within the agreed cost and time limitations. Ensure Logistics & Branches efficiently transfer vehicles between all locations, with priority for sold units for vehicle delivery. Prepare & submit trade-in/vehicle purchase/de-fleeted used vehicle evaluations to the used car buyers. Attends manager’s meetings. Any other work assignment by direct Manager.
Weekly Reporting to NSSUsed Vehicle Month End Forecast-Sales, Revenue & Gross Profit projections. Sales v Target by Executive & Branch update to be distributed to all Sales Executives and the regional used car sales supervisor. Website stock v Physical stock report. Vehicle purchase/trade-in report. Monthly Duties Prepare monthly Sales Target with NUCSS and Distribute to all Sales Execs. Prepare Monthly Sales Volume, Mix & Revenue/GP report by Used Purchase Type. Review Used Stock Pricing with NUCSS & Used Buyer(s).Review Aged Vehicle Stock with NUCSS.Vehicle purchase/trade-in report. Prepare Trade Vehicle disposal proposals

Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration/Automotive Sales Management
Experience 5+ years’ minimum experience in a senior sales role.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills; MS-Office (Advanced Excel)Strong analytical and record keeping skills.Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
