Job brief:
The role holder is responsible for the execution of sales activities in alignment with the sales business plan. The role holder will also be responsible for generating leads, business development, sales negotiations and relationship-building to achieve pre-set growth targets.
Key job roles and responsibilities:
Understands sales department strategy and business plans and executes sales related activities to fulfill growth objectives.
Keeps abreast of service offerings of Freight, market trends, customer needs, and builds strong relationships with clients, thereby, maximizing sales performance.
Responds to client requirements for ongoing service agreements and track fulfillment of relevant activities.
Coordinates with other internal departments to ensure effectively communicating updates/additions to current agreements.
Manages existing client portfolio repeats business and ensures ongoing support leading to business growth.
Reports regular updates on client-related communication to the Sales Managers.
Reaches out to new clients with service solutions to ensure new-business growth and contribution to overall revenue/client portfolio sales strategy.
Manages the contracting procedures with the client and internally with legal and relevant parties.
Liaises with customers to collect feedback about the services offered Nd reports on improvement areas.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in sales within a large company.
