The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, maintain, continuously improve, and support both internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and telecoms systems.You will be providing expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for our clients and the fulfilment of our obligations and Service Levels Targets. You will be working in a challenging environment, supporting the business in day-to-day operations, as well as facilitating business changes.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsibilities :Managing IT infrastructure staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes, and regulationsSupervises the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and proceduresManaging data center and system devices and setup required tools for monitoring servers and network devices.Prepare IT infrastructure budgets, forecast, handling enforcing cost-effectivenessSelecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.Generating performance reports for operating systems.Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.Develop procedures and policies for solving any incident or problem related to the servers or networkAdministration of Systems infrastructure according to our strategies Managing Microsoft Infrastructure Platform Managing Virtualization technologyAdministration of backup systems on daily basisManaging Endpoint Security Systems to ensure maximum protection.Monitoring Servers and systems devices through the monitoring applicationManage the system license and taking needed actionsDelivering technical training sessions for the infrastructure team to ensure continuous improvement Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as neededImplementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systemsVMware AdministrationDomain controller AdministrationAWS AdministrationNetwork Administration

Technical Experience:Required Skills/Abilities:Extensive knowledge of current protocols and standards, including ITIL, Service Desk tools, VMware, Microsoft Windows Servers, O365, Networking passive & active components, Business continuity techniques and tools, and Information Security, Backup Solutions.Expert in Windows server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS …etc.)Group Policy ManagementFailover Clustering Fully aware with VMWareVery good with FortiGate firewall administrationExperience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, and Google. Good experience with Data centre management (servers, SAN storages, SAN switches and core switches)Backup methods and DRLinux administrationExtensive working knowledge on installation of ESXI hosts and maintenanceDesign installation, management, and routine upgrades of VMWARE infrastructure and troubleshooting issuesProven experience in VM Migration & Disaster Recovery Experience with VeeamExperience on managing Amazon Web Services (AWS)Experience managing firewalls and networks in a secure IPSEC, or VPN enabled environmentExperience with docker containers and Kubernetes is a big plusBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.10+ years equivalent work experience including 4 years’ experience of managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence, managing, and delivering IT Projects, IT Quality Management Systems, and IT Assets lifecycle management.Microsoft Certified “MCITP or MCSE” is a mustCertifications in CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, and CEHVMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Data Centre Virtualization is a nice to haveExperience in migrating between different cloud solutions Preferred Skills:High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesQuick learner and attitude to learn new technology and toolsMulti-tasking and time-management skills, highly self-motivated, able to set priorities.Highly organized and detail oriented.Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.Outstanding communication skills and Customer Service SkillsProven analytical and problem-solving abilities
