Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Conducting preventive maintenance works for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans & DX units
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing maintenance.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to other trades.
Preparing work orders as per instructions of FM coordinator.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
Assisting with client’s queries.
Request and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC Equipment
Carry out other tasks as directed
Ensure compliance with all SNC-Lavalin HSE rules.
Take steps and initiatives to protect environment by limiting printing, energy and water saving.
Do not engage in unsafe act and always report unsafe conditions
Report all the incidents immediately
Wear required PPE all the time while on work
Attend tool box talks and other trainings
Prepare work orders for all assigned activities
Completion of 100% of assigned tasks
Ensure 100% compliance with PPE requirements
المهارات
Diploma/Certificate in HVAC
6-8 years relevant experience preferably in Facility management
