الوصف الوظيفي - Processes Guest orders in person or by telephone using the POS, handles cash and credit/debit card transactions with accuracy while upholding register dialogue. - Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff. - Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner. - Accept cash and return the correct change. - Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes. - Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions. - Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours. - keep the front counter area clean and organized. - Help kitchen staff when needed. المهارات - Proficiency in using computers, calculators, and other machines required for transactions - Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture - Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of the day, nights, holidays, and weekends - This position will also entail pulling, stretching, pushing, and incessant use of the wrist and fingers. - Must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and possess the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a team player. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/cashier-4519317/ |
