Develop the recipe for the brand as per the market need.
Build complete SOP for the brand.
Ensure that all policies and procedures meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance
Analyze the business and create more ideas to improve brand
Conducting site inspection, Health & Safety in-house training.
Train the employees for operate the store as per the slandered
Visiting the stores and ensure that all the slandered are implemented.
Training Strategies Developments
§ Developing Staff with the continuous professional improvement plan to build capabilities & maximize their effective performance
Designed and implemented training programs/materials for the brand including, On-Boarding, Sequence of Service, Sequence of Service & Upselling techniques, Inventory Control through ERP system & manually
Training material for promoted employees (based on their positions), etc.
