Familiar with the onboarding process.
Handling HR operation such as (attendance, leaves, holidays)
Handling GOSI and all related forms.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes end employee evaluation.
Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
Administering health insurance programs.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.

Proven work experience in the HR field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of HR functions (performance appraisal, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
