Create and make a new menu as per the market needs.
Train staff and ensure that they are following the standard all the time.
Participate in the daily ordering of food items
Participate in maintaining high standard staff morale, ensuring effective employee relations and interdepartmental working relationships.
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
To ensure all kitchen and work areas are clean and tidy and observe all food handling and COSHH regulations.
Ensure that the quality of desserts, cakes, chocolates, etc. are consistently high and that hygiene standards are exceeded
Responsible for reporting any Health & Safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Keep improving and suggesting to improve the food menu to meet market change.
Looking for the machines and tools that will help the operation of the bakery
Closely monitoring and controlling all the sides of the bakery.
Following and implementing the HACCP requirements.
Successfully implementing company policy.
