Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable and responsible business organization.
Recommend programmatic and technical directions and operate with a high degree of independence in matters relating to the investigation, impact, and analysis of security incidents, decisions regarding risk, and measures for computer and network security.
Operate with a high degree of independence regarding management activities, including development of project plans and budget/resource estimates.
Lead and manage selection of outsource partners whose products and services implement our applications through RFP and RFI processes.
Manage day to day activities needed to enhance, maintain and support our business applications, minimising downtime and increasing quality.
Initially and with the support of the CITO, be responsible for the development and maintenance of the overall strategic architecture.
Build internal teams to deliver channel, business and infrastructure through a defined tool supported SDLC where the need arises.
المهارات
7-10 years of advanced IT skills with high level of service/application delivery experience.
Knowledge and experience of best practices and tooling used in the SDLC (agile and waterfall)
Experienced in vendor management and working with outsource partners for deliver of software and resource provisioning.
Ability to drive strategic architecture and service creation based on best practices, correct processes and industry standards (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Kanban etc.)
Coming from a financial services background is more than highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience
Understanding of common security standards and regulations relating to financial services (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO2700x, etc.)
Skilled in creating documents and presentations using MS Office.
Knowledge and experience of business platforms used in financial services such as ERP, Wealth Management, Payments, Digital Banking and their corresponding architectures.
Knowledge and experience of software infrastructure relating to Channels (Internet and otherwise), Security, Application Integration, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Data Management, and their proper architecture and proper usage.
Knowledge and experience in defining and creating highly available, scalable and performant services through architectures stretched across multiple sites.
