About this Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager, are you interested? In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.
As an SDLM (Service Delivery Line Manager), you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson’s values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
What you will do:
Presales
Proactive engagement and leadership with the respective sales organizations within the Key Accounts to identify and drive leads and opportunities from concept to realization.
Lead the NDO contribution and requirements during Presales phases from both Solution and services perspectives to enable the NDO strategy and added value during the contracts negotiation
Delivery
Developing and directing a team in both scale and skill to deliver according to agreed business and delivery strategies
Ownership & implementation for all tool platforms required for the NDO deliveries are deployed, operated, and maintained.
Strong Ability to interact with customer C level and adapting the communication to the audience, understanding the concerns and translate it to technical figures to address them.
Provides support to customers in field of expertise and work on daily basis at customer premises.
Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
End-user / customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions
Controls
Supervising project financials and ensuring that respective plans are developed and put into place together with respective stakeholders to ensure financial Targets are being achieved.
Proactive engagement in measuring and supervising key efficiency indicators across cost center and project and completing plans to improve.
Improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactive drive of efficiencies via tools, process, and innovative delivery strategies.
Represents NDO in the different Governance Call
You will bring:
A minimum of 15 years work experience within the Telecom industry
Proven leadership records with Leading leaders experience
Extended experience in MEGA Accounts` Business Management
Strong Technology awareness and very good Ericsson Radio Solution/portfolio exposure
Strong Leadership skills, able to lead large and complex organization with very senior team members and Managers
Team player and ability to work in international environment
Team stimulation and creation for healthy working conditions
Able to translate company vision into simple steps and execute it
Drive organization development and transformation plans to ensure business readiness
Create an environment where Speed, innovation, and customer first mentality are cornerstones of the way of working.
Strong financial experience and business control capabilities
Ensure we deliver the intended benefits and improvements envisaged by the contracts.
