الوصف الوظيفي Grade: 7 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. The Aircraft Maintenance Scheduled Inspection Supervisor, Intermediate Maintenance, is primarily responsible to the Superintendent/Team Leader Maintenance Squadron. The main objective is to support the flying programme at KFAA by enuring the efficient accomplishment of OAT Training aircraft for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and that work is carried out in a managed and controlled manner and in accordance with all applicable technical data. Achievement of this primary goal is realised through the effective direction & motivation of his team and through good, effective liason with other departments. Provides On the Job Training (OJT) function and task certification. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES To delegate, supervise, monitor and expedite Intermediate maintenance activities being carried out on OAT Training Aircraft platforms. Responsible for the management and control of section maintenance tasks and assigned manpower, to ensure the efficient completion of scheduled, non-scheduled, aircraft maintenance and section support tasks. RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION Graduate of a military service, or recognised civilian organisation, aircraft technical training institute. Must possess at least five years post-graduation Aircraft Maintenance experience and have graduated from the Royal Saudi Air Force recognised technical training provided by BAE Systems or other recognised civilian or military organisation. Have completed appropriate Aircraft Systems specific Training course and completed suitable OJT qualification. Hold certification privileges for Maintenance Red X release and aircraft tow team Supervisor/driver.
