Duties and responsibilities: • Can easily work & deal with various nationalities or a team player• Work in changing shifts or irregular schedules, ability to multi-tasksand work well under pressure
المهارات
• Graduate of reputable culinary or cooking school and/or has acquired a thoroughexperience on food preparation & handling, kitchen hygiene/sanitation & cookingtechniques.• Minimum of five (05) years extensive work experience as chef or cook in highstandard hotels and restaurants, preferably in European/Asian/Arabian dishes, salad& desserts as well as baking skills.• Male with pleasant personality.• Between 30 to 40 yrs. Old.• Can communicate well in written and spoken English language.• Physically fit and of good moral character. qualifications.• They will be working in a residential house in Saudi Arabia.• The selected candidate will accompany his employer members to their travelabroad – in the Middle East, Europe and America.• Experience as a Sous Chef.• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.• Excellent communication skills.• Teamwork.• Fast learner & service oriented.OTHER INFORMATION
