الوصف الوظيفي · Prepare and update daily on the system, employment records related to new joiners, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions · Process and issue employees’ contracts of new joiners · Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system in coordination with the payroll officer · Process employee requests related to leaves, certificates, insurance, housing, benefits, salary, grievance, training, transfer, promotion, travel etc. as per company policy and SOP · Maintain all employee records updated on the system and in the individual hard copy files · Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or any other employee concerns. Escalate to management whenever required · Prepare letters requested by employees, as per company policy · Handles all functions related to employee health insurance · Coordinate with the officers in charge of accommodation, recruitment and operations · Process and issue employee statements of earnings and deductions. · Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into the system · Review employee attendance records and ensure the implementation of BAH payroll policy · Ensure complying with all governmental labor laws related to payroll including GOSI · Provide the HR Manager with the needed regular reports · Responsible to maintain at all times the employee records on the HR system · Responsible to maintain an efficient communication with the employees and treat their requests in a timely manner · Responsible to prepare the payroll statement and provide it on time to finance for processing المهارات · Previous experience in hospitality / restaurants strongly desired · Knowledge of the Saudi Labor law and payroll processing regulations required · Ability to cope with stress, heavy workload and challenging deadlines · Dynamic, resourceful and good decision maker when facing problems · Self-starter with high personal standards and a high code of ethics · Excellent planning, organizational and multitasking skills · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Office 365 a plus. · Previous experience with ERP HR solutions strongly desired.
