الوصف الوظيفي SC Pkg Operator Job Description Auto req ID: * PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES See to it that his Line should achieve the required line efficiency set by the company. (summation of tube sign-out report in one line) Should achieve the Line material efficiency target set by the company. (summation of tube sign-out report in one line) Should achieve the grams give away set by the company. (summation of weight control monitoring sheet in one line) Should manage the staffing ratio of packers & operators working under his Line (break time, cleaning during change flavour, time in and time out) Should make sure that quality packets and case are produce at all times. Should maintain all machine under his Line in good condition at all times, by conducting a random check if the operators are conducting the proper bag maker & Ishida machine maintenance checklist. (checklist) Should always maintain his Line clean at all times (GMP). (checklist) Should report all health hazards within his work place to his immediate Direct Manager, issue work request. Should see to it that operators attend quality wall at least fifteen (15) times per month. (Quality wall meeting attendance). Should do the line balance for products running in his Line. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES Film Waste Plan Compliance Bag Maker efficiency Packaging Complaints Packaging Weak link conformance IPS/SOS audit compliance Achieve packaging Line efficiency target. Achieve packaging Line material efficiency target. Achieve grams give away goal. Manage packer efficiency. * EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge / Skill Should be at least a vocational graduate. Should be able to communicate in English both written and oral. Packaging SET knowledge and certification. Experience Related packaging experience in similar role is highly preferred.
