Receive incoming phone calls from customers and pass and track the enquiry to the relevant person within the business to ensure the customer gets the correct reply to their enquiry Track and monitor all incoming enquiries via the web / telephone. Track incentive progress / results on behalf of the Head of Customer Service. Track Service-Trak Leads and publish results each month, with weekly updates. Support the Marketing Executive with Google Ad-word Campaigns. Track website performance and web campaigns. Update social media campaigns ensure prompt responses to customer comments. Adhoc admin duties, as and when required, by the Head of Customer Service.
Requirements
- Candidates must be Saudi nationality and only Females. - Must have a Diploma/Bachelor degree in ( English , Business Admin or any other related field ). - Experience 0 to 1 year. - English language is a must. - Good computer, communication, planning , and administration skills.
