About the Role The Specialist, Talent Acquisition anticipates and meets the requirement to deliver best in class talent to the business. Supports the HR leaders in attracting, retaining and developing talent across the organization. Provides input in managing the recruitment strategy, policy and objectives. Manages the orientation and induction of new starters, supports the PRO in completing all required visa formalities and may support wider HR team as required.
