JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Responsibilities
Successfully leads a regional sales team or distributors to surpass annual sales, profit and budgetary goals.
Maintains and grows the division business by managing the planning, organization and execution of all sales force activities
Contributes to the division unit’s sales increase
Evaluates and implements sales objectives and strategies according to the country’s objectives and policies
Executes new product launches
Ensures regulatory compliance for the region
Builds and maintains excellent relationships with regional key accounts or KOL
Reviews and consolidates sales plan to contribute to the regional sales plan
Keeps track on costs and expenses on own budget
Participates in the country planning and review processes
Negotiates with important accounts and group purchasing departments
Participates in new product launches and Influences marketing organizations in the development of short and long-term strategies to develop new market opportunities, and achieve sales growth in current product lines
Provides leadership and direction to subordinates
Is involved in the recruiting process of sales representatives
Plans and organizes the activities of the team
Regularly accompanies the sales reps, gives them feedback on their selling skills and sales execution, and detects development opportunities
Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirement

Selling skills
Sales training experience is a plus

Requirements
BA/BS; MBA preferred
Fluent English knowledge
7-8 years in managing Medical Sales
Experience of managing teams
Sales and/or marketing successful management
Multinational experience is a plus
