What you will learn and contribute to Head of Government, KSA candidate with a background in sales team leadership and selling Nokia enterprise Solution to enterprise Government Sector. With a clear focus on not only new customer acquisition but also driving cross portfolio sales into existing customers. As with any sales leadership role, there is a need to improve in both sales execution capabilities along with continuous sales discipline The role will be reporting to the Saudi CT and be the senior leader in our growing Saudi based operation. The successful individual will possess strong leadership capabilities to lead a team of channel and direct sales and will have a strong emphasis on the growth and expansion of the Saudi business. It is also essential that the individual can take personal ownership of initiating as well as closing deals and building/driving lean and efficient operations. It will be important that this person be an excellent communicator who is confident and comfortable in bridging the demands of the market. • You have a passion and intellectual curiosity for technology and its ability to address critical business issues in the industries we serve. Your drive comes from your commitment to customer success. • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. You will know how to form relationships as well as maintain them, and are culturally sensitive to the needs of different stakeholders.
