Responsibilities: - Will coach and supervise the team of merchandisers - Will ensure proper merchandise shelving and display - Will respond to inquiries and complaints regarding merchandise material - Will stay informed about inventory and check records of sales and stock - Will determine customer demand for merchandise - Will build constructive and effective relationships throughout the market and point of sales - In addition to other related tasks. Reporting: - Reports directly to the Merchandising Manager - Manages a small local team of merchandisers
المهارات
- Age ideally between 25 and 35 years old - University degree in Business Administration, preferably major in Sales or Marketing from good universities - Around 4-6 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role as Merchandising Supervisor or Senior Merchandiser or related within well-established local or regional FMCG companies in the Middle East - Professional use of the English language - Strong computer literacy - To be based in remote branches – Saudi Arabia Personal and professional skills: - Team leader and player - Filed person. Dynamic - People and customer oriented - Demonstrated ability to follow through, complete tasks and solve problems - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Knowledge of distribution channels, product assortments and flow
