Overall Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep of the facility. They should be skilled in one of the following majors:
1. Plumbing.
2. Painting.
3. Air Conditioning Maintenance.
4. Builder.
5. Carpenter.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues in his major.
Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures in his major.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures in his major.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard in his major.
Perform general maintenance tasks in his major.
Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies in his major.
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Recruitment Requirement:
Candidate Must be in Saudi Arabia.
Iqama Transferable (for non- Saudis).
Ability to relocate to any part of Saudi Arabia.
