الوصف الوظيفي going project through a world-class product focused on quality, customer and ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will collaborate with a cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our product is consistent and appealing. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. Come and be part of a growth team. Key Responsibilities: · Brainstorming feature ideas. Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences · Facilitate the product owner s vision by researching, conceiving, building wireframes, sketching, prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products · Experience in User Journey Map and User sentiment · Very good in design thinking process · Ability to create simple wireframes (Hi-fidelity screens), translating to Low fidelity screens · Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock- ups optimised for wide range of devices and interfaces · Identifying opportunities / changing the interface to make users lives easier · Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets · Developing and conceptualising a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand · Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes · Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, forms, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets · Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages · Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and other experts across the business · Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour · Defining and adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design المهارات · Experience in UX Research, Wire framing, UI Prototyping, Visual Design, User Analytics, Storytelling and Presentation · Hands-on experience with popular design tools like: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, Miro, Balsamic, Adobe Creative Suite etc · Strong in UX Design, Visual Design, Usability Testing, and/or User Research, Customer experience · A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms · HTML5 experience, CSS, jQuery/Bootstrap, Figma, Adobe tools and JSON are essential. · A passionate design advocate, committed to best practice, mentoring a team and sharing ideas and inspiration · An eye for detail, commitment to exceptional visual design and an ability to bring out life through the online experience · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a cross- functional teams · Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Approach like an UI/UX architect · Rapid ideation of concepts and solutions · Think big!
